Terms and Conditions for Candle Review Promotion
1. Eligibility
- This promotion is valid for purchases of candles from Amazon.ca or Amazon.com only.
- Other products besides candles are not eligible for this promotion.
- Purchases made directly from our company website are not part of this promotion.
- Reviewers must have made a minimum of $50 in purchases on Amazon in the last 365 days to be eligible.
- Purchase needs to be made before 30 September 2024 to be eligible for the promotional entry.
2. Promotion Details
- Customers who purchase a candle from Amazon.ca or Amazon.com and write a review will receive a $5 gift card or Passport wallet based on the choice.
- The review must be posted on the respective Amazon product page.
3. Redemption Process
- After posting the review, customers must fill out the form available on our website.
- The form must include proof of the review and the order number for verification purposes.
- Submissions without the required proof and order number will not be processed.
4. Verification and Reward
- Upon successful verification of the review and order number, the $5 gift card will be sent within 72 hours.
- Once you fill the form for the gift we will ship the passport wallet within 24Hrs of submission.
- The gift card will be sent to the email address provided in the submission form.
- A total of 50 gift cards are allotted for this promotion. Once the limit is reached, no additional gift cards will be issued.
5. Limitations
- Each customer is eligible for one gift card or passport wallet per purchase and review.
- Multiple reviews for the same purchase will not qualify for additional gift.
6. General Conditions
- The promotion is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice.
- The company reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
