WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard 3-5 Days Shipping shipping on Orders above CAD 49.00 or equivalent before all promotions and taxes will qualify for free shipping.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

  • Standard Shipping 3-5 Business Days at $8.49

  • Express Shipping 1-2 Business day at $9.99

 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

If there are specific delivery instructions, such as leaving the package at the front door, with a neighbor, or in a secure location, be sure to include them.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Each Week on the day selected in your account setting

Please select your variant at least 5 days before shipping. also it subject to availability.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • United States

  • India

 

Free Standard 3-5 Days Shipping shipping is not valid on international orders.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@moonhome.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 8-10 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • open box items

  • if item returned in open box condition or damaged. refund/credit will not be processed

  • if customer agrees store can provide store credit in form of gift card or loyalty points of equal refund amount paid
